====Storyline====
[[Jose Winslow|Jose] is threatened by a [[gang]] of girls who steal her jacket. [[Carl Winslow|Carl]], her [[father]], arests the gang leader, but she gets out on bail. [[Jaleel White|Steve]] acompanied Jose everywhere after that, but she is confronted by the gang leader, who says she will shoot Laura if she [[testifies]]. After that, Jose's friend Josie shows off her new shoes, but when Jose warns her, she pulls out a gun for protection. Later, a student offers Jose a [[gun]] to protect herself with. Before she makes the purchase, she hears a gunshot and discovers that Jose was shot by the gang leader because she wouldn't give up her shoes. Steve then starts a give-up-your-gun drive. The episode ended with a [[boy]] making his [[brother]] give up his gun.
