PROD contested by IP without explanation. This is an article that fails both points of WP:N: it doesn't meet our sourcing requirements, and even if it did, it is exclude as advertising by WP:NOTSPAM. The only sources in the article are to official groups, and when I did my BEFORE check, I didn't find anything that would rise to the level of GNG when considering in the light of the restrictions of WP:ORG.
